"Hey 'mione. Whats up? Where have you been?"Ginny asked. She hadnt seen her in a long time.

Hermione sighed, "I've been into the library during my free time these past few days," she paused, and then continued, "Might as well study for the Apparition test." She poured pumpkin juice on her glass and drink half of it.

"Yeah lucky you can take it"said Harry. Harry was really mad that he couldn't take his Appartion test yet. It was so stupid he had to wait until his birthday just because he was a couple months too young.

Hermione eyed him, "Of course you can take it too. Just wait til next year..and you better be studying about that by now if you really want to pass it in the first trial."

"I have to wait till I'm a 6th year witch is next year and anyways Harry you can take the test over the summer."Ginny said. "Why are you in the library you cant learn how to apperate from books."Ginny said

Hermione shrugged, "Well, I found some useful stuffs to help me concentrate. Oh hey, when will be the legendary Quidditch game?"

"Oh thats grate that you found stuff to help you Hermione"Ginny said with a smile "Uhh I dont know when it will be."Ginny said "When will it be Harry"Ginny asked looking at him.

"Whenever me and the captain come up with a time."said Harry shrugging. Harry was thinking about how cool it would be to apprate.

"Oh well.." Hermione said, "What were you thinking Harry? You're kind of..lost."

Harry then got back to reality. "What? Oh I was just thinking about next year."Harry said in a convincing voice. Harry then looked off into the food and then really thought about next year.

"Convincing.." Hermione mocked. "I've known you for six long years..and I know when you're telling the truth."

"Ok I was tinking about Dumbeldore's lessons and apparting."Harry admitted then rested back into his chair. Harry then looked up and saw two owls flying overheard One dropped a newspaper infront of Hermione.

Hermione quickly scanned the Daily Prophet. She sighed, the handed it to Harry, " Three muggle attacks.. Dementors in London.. Death Eaters on the loose.." She shook her head,"The Order must have to move as soon as possible.."

Harry got angry. "They can control dementors with the a patronus. Then they have the entire ministry that can capture death eaters what is wrong with them?"Harry asked. Harry then threw his chicken across the floor out of anger. Everybody was looking at him and he said sorry.

"Harry, the Ministry's with Voldemort now..and with that, they can now control the dementors. I'm sure the Ministry sent off those dementors. We can't protect the whole Wizarding world and the muggles at once." Hermione felt a huge lump forming in her throat. She instantly remembered her parents, all alone.

"I know but we can try that's what the Order is for trying."said Harry bravely. Harry wanted to protect everyone. But he still knew he couldn't.

"That's the spirit. Harry!" Hermione said, giving a smile while trying to fight her tears back. She really needed to do whatever she can to protect her friends, and her parents.

"I know it is."said Harry. Harry then handed her a hanker chief. Then he looked back through the window.

She took the handkerchief and muttered, "Thanks." She gave it back, asking, "Any plan for the Christmas break?"

"Oh you didn't hear. Im going by the Weasley's house."said Harry excitdely. "I can't wait there will be so much to do. Plus I won't be here."said Harry just as excited. Harry knew that if he stood here he would just try to get into the room of requirments.
