Sephy was sitting on a desk in an empty classroom on the second floor practicing her animagi transformation, she had not yet got it right and she had been trying for almost three years. she was sitting surrounded by books on transfiguration and she had learnt all the theory but the parctical was harder that it seemed. Sephy was extreemly good at charms and transfiguration but she still had problems learing to become an animagi. Over the last year she had managed to transform a few times but not properly, once into a wolf and another time into a bird and the latest time into a cat.

Rosalie was wandering the halls, basking in the fact that her thoughts were currently private, that Edward hopefully could not hear her. When she reached the second floor, she passed what seemed like the millionth classroom, only this one was not empty. Rosalie peered inside to see a gryffindor girl she recognised from her year. She leant against the door frame and watched the girl mutter incantations she didn't understand - transfiguration had never been one of her best subjects. The girl appeard to be good at it however, Rosalie continued to watch her while she didn't see her standing there. It was a welcome distraction from the chaos currently consuming her mind.

With a surprised shock Sephy managed to transform; into a wolf, and in shock of managing it she fell off the table on which she had been sitting. Sephy gave a small growl of delight and looked at the book to see how to turn back to a human.

Rosalie instinctilvely hissed and jumped backwards at the sight of the girl turning herself into a wolf. Were there really that many dogs in the school she questioned herself. Slowly she entered the class room and breathed a sigh of relief, it was transfiguration, she smelt different and all. "You scared me half to death" Rosalie remarked in wind chime like voice.

Sephy smiled and transformed back into her human shape, "im trying to become an animagi and it's not going too well. I scared myself too" Sephy laughed a little and she sounded out of breath. "I've only managed it four times and i have been trying to become an animagi for about two years." She sighed in a dissapointed way.

Rosalie swallowed hard, realising that she had just hissed at someone. She hope this girl didn't think she was some kind of freak or worse...figure out the truth. She nodded enthusiastically at the girl, Edward was always telling her to be nicer to people and now was her chance to prove that she could be. "It seems you are doing well" she remarked. Rosalie walked towards the girl and held out her hand "I'm Rosalie Cullen" she said akwardly.

Sephy smiled, Rosalie seemed nice; for a slytherin."thanks."
Sephy took Rosalies hand "Nice too meet you. Im Persephone McGregor, but I prefer Sephy."

"Sure - Sephy" Rosalie grinned. She glided over to the desk and made herself look comfortable on the chair. She didn't have much practice in these situations, hence why she really had no friends other than her family. "So then Per - Sephy" she corrected herself "Tell me about yourself" she said, appearing more like a psych or a cross examiner.

Sephy was slightly surprised by this Rosalise want of information.
"Well theres not much too tell realy." Sephy paused then spoke agin.
"My mother was a half blood Gryffindor and my father was a pure blood Slytherin. I have twin brother and sister who were in Slytherin they left three years ago, you might know them, your in slytherin right? Jude and Sophia McGregor. Well im in 7th year Gryffindor and thats about it realy. I dont have many friends cos some people think im weired cos i sometimes have moodswings and verbaly and emotionally lash out at people -you could say i have a split personality -i think it is and so does my mum. But most of the time im just normal its only when i get realy angry."
Sephy said all of the last part about her personality very fast and quietly.

Rosalie nodded trying to digest all the information and then she laughed. "Don't worry i don't have many friends either, mines not so much a split personality, more of a constant rudeness, or so my brother frequently tells me. Sophia rings a bell, i think i do remember her" she said, her eyes narrowing in recollection. For the first time in a long time, Rosalie felt sympathy for someone other than herself. A split personality she thought I wonder if thats mental or magical...

"Well your brother must enjoy anoying you then" she laughed a little.
"Sophia made it her business to know but not get to know every person in the school." Sephy laughed darkly.
"My fathers side of the family are very simmilar to the Malfoys, you know the little twerp in the year below us? well my father is the nicest of the lot and is the only one in his family who isn't obbsessed with the purebood mainia and all that, his brothers were in Azkaban but they escaped in that mass-brake-out last year. But anyway my sister and brother are all for the pureblood stuff and they are off with my fathers oldest brother, working for he-who-must-be-named i would bet."

Nicholas had been watching the pair silently for some time from the doorway. He cleared his throat loudly and theatrically, straightening up from his leaning position on the doorframe. "Don't you girls have somewhere else to be?" he asked, his voice charming as ever, his appearance doubly so. One of the students was Sephy - Miss McGregor - and he recalled their recent encounter well. The other was a girl he did not recognise so easily; he knew the stunning blonde from a class but not by name. Seventh year, Slytherin, he reminded himself, and there was a familiar look in her caramel coloured eyes. Like...the boy. The Cullen boy. She must be a relation. It seems that beauty runs in the family.

Sephy jumped at the sound of the professors voice she had not heared nor seen him come in. "Acctually professor no I don't" Sephy blushed slightly "I was practicing some spells and I needed the quiet and so since your not alowed to do spells in the libary I decided to find an empty classroom and thus I ended up here." she said politly smiling.

Rosalie watched Sephy change the moment the professor had come in, blushing and seeming rather shy. She turned to the professor and raised an eyebrow. He was her charms professor, but like every other class, Rosalie preffered to stay unnoticed, she did enough damage to the family secret as it was with her selfishness and temper. He did have an undeniable allure that she had to try hard to ignore. "And i professor Flitwick, was simply walking along when i discovered Persephone here - she is great at transfiguration and i figured i could learn something from her" she said in her musical voice, smiling slightly smugly.

Sephy smiled warmly at Rosalie and turned her attention back to her transfiguration book, trying to find the sentance she was reading before suprising her self by transforming.
