Gary climbed the steep stairs leading to the Owlery, having no idea why he was heading that way. Perhaps it was because he knew Rose was often around here... He sighed and trailed his hand along the wall, his pale fingers feeling every notch, crack and detail of the old stone wall. When he reached the top, he smiled slightly, it was nice up here, if you ignored the smell. He walked over to one of the many windows and leant against it, looking out across the school. It was cold and his breath came out in little clouds, spiralling up into the white-blue sky. How different everything felt now that Sammael was back. Was it a good or bad thing? That he wasn't sure of, perhaps a bit of both...

Edward headed up the steps to the Owly gracefully and swiftly not as fast, but just past average human speed, he had a letter he had to send back home To Carlisle, and Esme, and the other two, Rosalie and Jasper, entering the owlerly few owls screeched and soared high, the prescence of a Vampire disturbing, them he climbed further, and found an owl content, he atached the note swiftly to the owls leg, is cold hands startled the little thing and it pecked at his hand, he ignored it then turned to take the Owl to the window, however he just realised, so wrapped up in thoughts that he was not the only one there, the scent of Vampire followed it was a twisted smell however, not pure as such, he ignored it and let the owl go, out the window when he realised it was Gary,Edward said nothing not in the mood for a debate, with Faith missing, now he wasn't in the mood for a lot.

Gary stiffened slightly at the smell of Edward but tried his best to ignore it. He was tired of arguing, tired of all the fighting, and tired of all the pain he had caused. Perhaps it was time to really move on and forget what had happened. But with Sammael back, how was that possible? 'He won't leave me alone for one minute....' he thought, again forgetting that Edward could hear him. 'He will want to figure out how i got rid of him....' He sighed quietly and continued to stare out into the forest.

Edward paused by the door, slightly hearing Gary's thoughts, he frowned lightly Back? who's bacK? he thought only to himself and remembered a spercific topic ages back, He frowned, yes, it was clearing, How Gary said he had two sides, or rather two personalities, this was said during the for once very civil conversation the two of them had had, for Faith's benefit he turned and looked to Gary "Sammael, I presume you mean?" he stated flatly.

Gary sighed and noddedy slowly, unable to speak. 'He's back, he's definitely back,' he thought. He squeezed his eyes shut as he felt the brimmings of tears. 'I don't know what to do, Edward. I don't know how i made him leave before and i'm not sure i'm strong enough to again...' he thought, still unable to speak. A single tear trickled down the right side of his face, followed by several others. 'He ruined everything, but i can't let him go. I'm glad he is back.....but what if i can't control him again? What if everything happens all over again?' He didn't look at Edward, he just stared ahead, silent tears falling.

Edward shifted and lent against the door frame a stretch of silence carried out, and the flaps of wings and the hoots of the owls where the only noise for a moment, with his lips pressed thinly together this was diffrent, Gary was actually talking to him and not telling to go away etc. he thought for a moment then spoke "If you made him leave once, it's always possible to do it again, how is your way, your choice..if you are glad his back, why the thought of making him go? as for control, I'm not one to order, it's completly uncharacteristic of me, But I suggest you start with your drinking, that is proberly the most reason and point, in which Sammael may take over, becasue you are so out of your mind with alcohol that you have no idea, what's going on, stay aware, and stay soba, perhaps?" he shrugged lightly not entierly sure how to 'comfort' another vampire other then his coven.

Gary laughed bitterly, and shook his head, "You make it sound so easy, when it isn't. But you're right, i can try to cut down at the very least," he said aloud, his voice sounding broken almost. He didn't turn around though, and added in thought 'He causes too much pain for him to stay....I don't know if i'm strong enough to fight him anymore, sober or not. I've lost so much and there's so little to gain....' Another tear fell down his face and he sighed.

Shadow was walking up to the owler slowly.
She was humming softly holding a few letters in her hands one for her mother in forks and for kira.
She held another letter for Shaden and his pack to the south with a progress report on her fighting skills.

Edward was silent once again, listening as Gary spoke, he nodded slightly "It may help if you did" he stated the listend again for a while to Gary's thoughts "I realize that" he answered allowed "due to the Faith and Rose, incident.. I wonder.." he thought "perhaps if I talk to Sammael? In a civil Mannor, find out about him, and ask him why he returned?" He had a plan forming, if he asked why Sammael had returned then given that reason it could be corrected, and then lead to this, other being going? he didn't want to say it allowed becasue somewhere he had a feelign Sammael was actually listening almost.

Gary turned around, not caring whether Edward saw that he had been crying or not, a look of horror on his face. He started shaking his head slowly, "I..I..no! He can't come out...." He continued to shake his head, 'What if he won't go back in?! I haven't had that much to drink today...but still...' he added on in thought.

Shadow got to the top of the stairs humming softly but stopped "Edward...Gary" she bowed her head at both.
She smield softly trotting over to a white and black owl handing him one letter and letting him go and a brown owl with the other

"then I aplogise In Advance If I knock you out, but be assured it will be in your intrest.." he stated with a small smile, possibably even friendly, "vampire vs vampire, equally matched, and you can try to get him well back..in and if that doesn't work then I will, knock you out..?" he suggested slightly "a civil conversation, nothing more." he added remaining where he was it was a plan at the very least wasn't it? he then looked over his shoulder seeing Shadow he stepped aside "Shadow," he greeted with a nod then added to Gary "two vs, vampire sammael if things get out of hand?"

Gary looked across to Shadow then back at Edward. His shoulders slumped down, "Fine. But if something happens..." he left the sentence hanging. Looking across to Shadow again he mouthed 'Sorry', before shutting his eyes. He slide down the wall, pulling his knees up to his chin. 'Sammael, you can....come out...for a while....Edward wants to talk to you....' he thought, hoping it would work. 'Hmm and can i trust this Edward? You don't seem to like him much, Gareth...' a second voice, sounding slightly more intelluctual than Gary's said in his head. Gary didn't say anything back and began to relax his body slowly.

When he opened his eyes they were a slightly darker colour, a blackish blue compared to Gary's bright blue. He cocked his head to the side, looking up at Edward and the other person. 'You didn't say there would be two, Gary...' he thought, but smiled. He stood up and brushed himself down, tutting again at the state of his body. "Hello Edward..." he said.

Shadow looked at him "Gary..what do you mean?" she looked slightly worried.
She looked at him watching "s..Sammeal..."she breathed slowly trying not to fall over. "Dark and I though you were gone"

She looked at him slolwy watching walking next to edward slightly unsure what if sammeal had changed.

Edward closed the door behind him stepping in fully he looked to shadow and silently spoke to her Stay, here for a while please, this Is for Gary's sake. he stated telepathically, then turned to look to Gary he nodded "Sorry to, for..well if you possibly end up with a bruise" he said and watched Gary slip down, Edward remained where he was, he heard a odd voice, speaking to Gary within his mind, Edward frowned then and spoke "Why not ask me If you can trust me rather then Gary?" He stated simply and polietly.

there was a moment pause, until Gary's eyes suddenly opened although it wasn't Gary he technically saw, it Was his counter self, Sammael Edward inclinced his head in greeting "Good day Sammael is it? Edward Cullen, you may already know, I'd like to have a civil conversation and get to know you a bit better perhaps?"

Sammael smiled, "Good day indeed. A pleasure i'm sure....Although Gary does not have the most high regards for you." He cocked his head to the side, "I can't see why not..." He looked at Edward dead in the eyes and smiled broadly. He then turned his gaze to Shadow, "Ahh Shadow and Dark, my lovely ladies. It's been far too long."

Edward kept his face plain and smiled, although forced, almost it was belivable "Lets just say Faith comes into the equation" he chuckled lightly then was quiet, he looked to Shadow, as Sammael talked to her he listend for a moment before he spoke "Sammael, I was wondering if I could perhaps, ask you a few questions? it my Help me get along with Gary, a bit more?"

Sammael flicked his gaze back to Edward and raised an eyebrow, "And why would you want to get to know him better? He's not that interesting, in fact he is rather pathetic..." he said, smiling cheekily. But this Edward was interesting so he inclined his head, "Go ahead then Edward. It would be my pleasure.."

Shadow smiled softly as Dark spoke in her head'let me out shaz i want to speek to him and jump on him i missed him'
She chuckled softly "Sammeal We both missed you though i think Dark missed you more Edward would it be alright to let myalter ego see sammeal before she drives me mad?"
Dark had been speeking in her head all the time she had been asking the question.
Shadow looked at Sammeal her eyes sparkling showing how much dark wanted out.

he looked to Shadow with an raised eyebrow, but shrugged and nodded, before he turned to Sammael "It's more for Faiths sake then my own, Faith is friends with Gary, and I would like to make some effort to get along with Gary" he smiled slightly "You can't deny my trying at the least, I'm curious actually, how this..second being/personality happend?"
