"I know you don't. I just thought...you might want to know. In case you think that I hate you. Which I don't. Far, far from it." She looked desperate and lost, as if she was about to cry. There was a longing in her eyes, and as breath passed through her parted lips, she blinked hard, trying to make the veil of loveliness covering Faith disappear. She was so beautiful. And she wouldn't run away if she sat down with her. So she did. She sat down on the log next to Faith, embarrassed and nervous.

"God dammit!" She shouted at the tops of her voices, shaking her hand and looking to Rose. "How is this going to be a friend relationship if your always going to be embarrassed around me," She sighed.

"I'll get over it, I promise," she mumbled, secretly wishing she could wait for a day when Faith could - might, just - feel the same. But that would be a long time, the sensible part of her said. She has Edward. She doesn't need you; not in that way. But she does need you as a friend - or, at least, she might. "Do you need me?" she asked suddenly, looking up into Faith's perfect eyes.

"Of course I do, Don't be so stupid to ask me otherwise." She shook her head and looked to her slowly, brushing some of her hair out of her eyes. "Im just worried for you, what If I get turned..Im suppost to get more beautiful, Edward says I will look like a godess, how would you cope then?" She asked, swallowing lightly.

Rose blushed. "It isn't just your physical beauty, Faith. It's because I know you. To tell the truth, I'm not sure your being a veela has got anything to do with it. Please, make me one promise. Before you are turned - before you become something even you would fear - give me one chance to prove to you that Edward is not the only person in the world who can...love you." She let out a long sigh. "If you want to be turned, so be it. But it will never be the same. You will look at me and you will see blood; not a person who loves you. You will be able to hunt with the two men who care for you the most - something I will never be able to do."

Harry ran up to stairs. Harry was going to send a letter to Fred and George to send him a dark powder and sneakascopes. Then Harry runs into the two girls. At once he reconginzed Faith. Then he felt a lovely feeling then remembering she was a veela he fought it. "Hey"Harry said. Harry was kinda blushing bu tthen thought of her being his friends girl and stopped at once.

"Rose don't think like that, Do you think Gary thinks of you like that? No. Nor will I, Edward would only turn me if something happened to me, that I would nearly be killed so please don't worry." She looked to her and swallowed, "Love me? In a friend way right?" She then looked up and gave him a dazzerling smile, "Hey Harry."

"That's the thing, see," she whispered. "I'm not so sure." Suddenly, Harry arrived. She hadn't encountered him personally yet, but - just like everyone else in the castle - she recognised him easily. Even a muggle-born like herself knew about the legends. "Hello, Harry," she said in an unusually playful voice, smiling widely in an almost exact copy of Faith's.

"Hello.....umm sorry but what is your name?"arry asked with a smirk. Harry never met this girl before. He thought he must probally met her in the hallway before but just didn't reconginze her. Still he was ready to meet anybody at this point.

"Oh, sorry, I'm Rose," she replied. It must be pretty awkward, people knowing you and you not knowing them. "Pleased to meet you." She laughed nervously, but managed to turn it into a graceful giggle before it went too far. Absent-mindedly she licked her red lips, glancing over at Faith to check her reaction to Harry's arrival. She seemed fairly indifferent, to tell the truth.

"Oh, what are you guys doing here?"Harry asked. Still it was a pretty stupid question. Alot of people go in the owlery just to send messages. "Never mind. How are you guys?"Harry asked this instead. That seemed better.

"Oh, Just talking..It gets a bit busy near school you know," She rolled her eyes as she flashed one of her dazzerling smiles to him. "Im so sorry about nearly attacking you the other day, You just came at the wrong moment.." She bit her lip.

"Yeah well I need to make sure on better timing next time then huh?"Harry said with a shudder. Harry remembers almost having the blood sucked out of him the other day by Faith. Then again being friends with a vampire could result in that sometimes.

"No harm done ehy?" She laughed and battered her eyeslashes as she looked to Rose who seemed quiet, she bit her lip as she looked back to Harry, "Where you heading?" She grinned happily as she stood up and streched her goddess body, her smooth stomach showing as her t-shirt raised.

"I just needed to get away from everybody. Too many people wanting to talk to me, you know what I mean."Harry said. Harry glanced at her stomach and then looked back up. Haryr knew that because she was a veela was why this was hapepening and fought it with all he had. So Harry just looked at her face and remebered She's you friends girlfriend.Which helped him stop looking at her and concentrate more on her.

"Woops," She laughed and pulled down her shirt as she grinned to him and shivered, "I need more rest, even if I cant sleep I forget to rest.." She smiled and looked to Harry, "I know what you mean, It gets so annoying, Hows Hermione and Ron?"

"They are doing better. They were fighting for awhile but made up."said Harry with a smile. The two friends had been fighting for awhile and didn't know if they were ever going to be friend again. Then after Ron got poisioned they got back to being friends.

Rose meanwhile had been sitting in silence, staring into space. Often she became quiet during conversations, as she was doing now. Suddenly, she snapped out of her daydreams, straightening up suddenly. "Sorry...did I miss anything?" she asked, blinking and finding it a little difficult to focus her eyes. She bit her lip pensively, wondering whether Faith had the same effect on Harry as she did on everyone else. No doubt she did, judging by the look on his face.

"No Rose."Harry said laughing. Harry never saw anyone stare off during the middle of a conversation. Unless it was inside a classroom of course where everyone seems to fall alseep at some point.

"Oh, good," she murmured. "Sorry, it's just a bad habit of mine, to tune out when other people are talking." She smiled politely up at him from her seat on the stairs and crossed her arms, feeling the cold all of a sudden. Bound to be cold. It's October. You can't expect to be walking around in short sleeved shirts and skirts all month, can you?
