"Sure- why not?" Melody let Alice lead her over to their table, where she pulled up a chair and sat down. "International cooperation!" She giggled, watching the tablecloth turn a beautiful blue before her eyes. "Hi everyone." She said, hoping Alice would save her the pains of introducing herself.

"Everyone this is Melody, Melody this is Faith, Shae, And my brother Edward"Alice said pointing to each person in turn. "Faith and Edward are engaged. If i didn't tell you that"Alice said

"No- you missed that. Nice to meet you guys." Melody said, folding her hands in her lap. She snapped herself a glass of pumpkin juice, and took a sip. "That's so good- like air conditioning for your throat." Melody folded her hands in her lap. "Have any of you ever been to India?"

Melody laughed at the joke, smiling at Alice. "I don't mind at all, Alice is wonderful." But she repeated her question all the same. "Have any of you ever gotten the chance to visit India?"

Alex bit his lip nervously as he entered the Ministry. He had never been there before, having lived most of his life in Bulgaria. He had visited their ministry there many times, but he had never been to london, much less to their ministry building. Walking through the big double doors he noticed immediatly that it was a whole lot bigger than back home. He felt very small in such a large place. Tucking his hands into his pockets he looked out for people he knew, immediatly spotting Faith by a table. He smiled a little as he moved to sit next to her, "This is new," he smiled keeping himself, mostly to himself.

Melody smiled at the new guy, glad of any new conversation. "Hi- I'm Melody." she reached over to shake his hand. "I'm majorly new to this crowd. What's your name?" Melody tapped her foot in the air to an imaginary song that was playing in her head, leaning back and taking another sip of her pumpkin juice.

Alex looked up at her and smiled, "Alex," he said simply taking her hand and shaking it for a moment before he dropped it back in his lap. "Don't worry, everyone's friendly...well, nearly everyone," he smiled his teeth were bright white. He knew that to half the people in this room he would small terrible, because half the people in this room were vampires, and he was a werewolf. But at least he smelt perfect to humans, just like chocolate.

Tearing his eyes away from Shae Lefay for a fraction of a second as Edward turned to look at him, Nicholas saw Alex approach their table. It would certainly be a good way for him to join the group without irritating the Cullen boy or seeming too forward to Shae. Within a few short seconds he was standing behind Alex with one hand on the boy's shoulder. "Delightful to see you here," he murmured softly, smiling in his usual mysterious fashion. "And this suit," he commented. "Whoever bought it must have impeccable taste." Of course, Nicholas would only compliment himself, and it was still true now; this suit was one of his gifts to Alex as a taster for what their trip to London would be like. It wouldn't be long - his free weekend was arriving soon. Nicholas sighed and ran his eyes quickly around the table: Cullen, Cullen sister, Miss Liquin, Miss Lefay, and...a woman he didn't know, though felt he ought to. He nodded to her and raised his glass in greeting, then bent down and whispered in Alex's ear, "Are you going to introduce me to your new friend?" still with that perfectly formed smile on his scheming face.

Alex rolled his eyes are the Professor, both for the clothing comment and the one about the young woman standing with them. "Oh, how rude of me," he grinned, "This is Melody, Melody this is Professor Nicholas Flitwick - charms," he said. "He's one of the 'nearly everyone's I was taking about," he added to her with a wink. Well someone had to warn her of the Professor, although not enough to spoil his fun. He smoothed out his clothes, making sure that whenever he was in the presence of Nicholas he would always look smart.

"Charmed to meet you, Miss Melody...?" he asked with hand outstretched to take hers. For some reason he always liked to know surnames; it gave him a sense of power, but it also gave him the ability to address people in the most polite way. Polite, and on the other hand, patronising. "Don't be ridiculous, Alex, dear, I'm not nearly everyone. I'm an incredibly special someone. You of all people should know that," he teased, chuckling his deep, indulgent laugh and allowing himself to relax a little more. His posture remained the same, but his magic became more free.

Melody couldn't help but stare at this new visitor. He was charming... in an eerie kind of way. Perhaps he was part veela? He was beautiful. Melody slowly reached her hand into his, blushing a little. He must have thought she was sort of dull, so she quickly answered him. "Professor Melody Rouge. You don't need my middle name too do you?" she joked, settling back into herself. "I teach at Hogwarts too- Muggle Studies. I don't believe we've met?" Melody was genuinely puzzled- as she thought she knew everyone.

The fire lit up and the precious emerald green exploded and out walked Trace manson. His eyes streaking across as he walked into the large room. He looked around the people, catching the scent of vampire's, and then werewolf scent, causing Trace to squint his eyes in disgusted detail with his expression. He looked around inhaling delicious scents of some people and other were dull and unenjoyable. His eyes scanned over the items on the table where drinks were placed and food, however Trace's hunger for blood was high and his eyes were black as soot. Her shook his head at the idea of trying to lure someone out and drink from them. It was against his nature to kill an innocent, only drinking the blood of murderers. He walked over to a table and sat down, elegantly and leant on his chair and swept his slender fingers over his chin to his hair and sighed softly. Such charm in a strange way.

Molly approached the large doors and slipped through them, taking a deep breath. Knowing she would no one and she would most likely spend the night stood in a corner watching everyone. She didn't mind much, it gave her a chance so see what people acted like in such a gathering or this sort. Vampire's, werewolves, everything was here. She didn't mind at all, but blushed and apologised sincerly as a goblin had turned to walk and accidently Molly had gotten in the way and caused the poor thing to fall backwards, she blinked, looking horrified and insisted on helping him stand up - A bad idea, as the Goblin began to shout abuse at her, and everyone around the entrance to stare at the already exposed pink haired girl, blushing and feeling somewhat guilty she rushed off and found the drinks table and sighed leaning on the table and looked around incase any more goblins wanted to become pins of a bowling game, Molly being the bowling ball. She pouted her pink lips and seized a goblet and filled it with pumpkin juice and sighed, adjusting her belt which rested just ubove her hips, with one hand while she drank. She stopped and browsed the people, not having scent to identify vampires or werewolves or even veela's even though it was easy enough to guess who had veela magic. She pursed her lips to the side and blinked as a witch asked her where the bathrooms were, she shrugged and apologised, admitting she had never been here before, the witch nodded and smiled, trying to comfort the nervous Molly and soon left to ask someone else. Molly sighed, and noticed two faces, that of Professor Nicholas Flickwick and the other was Edward Cullen, she had heard rumours of both but was the type of person to not care and accept them the way they were. She still stood by the table of drinks and finished her goblet of pumpkin juice and began to debate on what to have next.

Elijah had entered long ago, unnoticed. Not that he cared much. He stood beside a woman who was talking of the finer things. Eli couldn't help but roll his eyes and scan around the room, resting on Trace. Trace hadn't feed in a while so it seemed, and Elijah wandered over to his friend and sat with him. Both missing their dates tonight apparantly. He cooled his voice as he twirled his glass along his arm, not spilling a drop before placing it on the table. He eye'd everyone in the room and frowned wondering why everyone was surrounding Faith and Edward at the table not so far from them. He squinted his eyes and adjusted his looser suite, looking smart but charming. Unlike the vampire opposite, sat in jacket, jeans and simple shirt. He almost scowled as he noticed the professor he had heard so much about laying his lips on the new teachers hand, but decided against being rude and interrupting their reunion. He spotted Shae and smirked, but began to swirl his goblet contents again. Speaking in hushed tones to Trace.

Esmé tumbled shyly through the waves of green flames and hastily moved away from her fireplace to avoid being knocked over by the next person to arrive. She brushed down the knee-length skirt of her emerald green dress, careful not to crease the silky material. Tonight she'd only made a slight edition to her appearance - she had vivid green eyes instead of brown - retaining her trademark curly blonde hair. Standing by the edge of the fireplace still, she scanned the room. Professor Flitwick, Faith and Edward - King and Queen of Hogwarts - Alex, the new-ish boy she'd half spoken to on his first day, no one else there she recognised. A girl with pink hair who was obviously also a metamorphmagus, a boy - Elijah? - who she'd seen around and about with a Slytherin girl who didn't like her very much, and next to him... Trace. Thank heavens there was someone here. She skipped over to him happily, avoiding people awkwardly and almost collapsing onto his lap when she finally reached him. "I'm so glad to see you," she whispered, throwing her arms around his neck and hugging him tightly. She hadn't noticed anything different in his nature - not his obvious hunger, nothing...

Trace heard a flutter of wings, no a heart and a small smile etched his mouth. He did not turn to face her instead he stared hungrily at a man talking to some old hag. He winced and then felt the lightness land on his lap and instantly wrapped his arms around her waist, he flinched and looked up at her with black eyes, "Esme" he said so softly it was almost like watching a butterfly in slow motion. He looked at her dress then at her face, and then those stunning eyes, even though her scent was now driving him secretly insane, and he tensed abit "You look, Deli- I mean beautiful" he quickly covered up, so well that it was hardly noticable at his mistake. He only had on a charming Tux jacket and a plain white button up shirt with jeans on. He didn't want to dress so well, and found himself accidently glarring at a vampire from across the room - Then eye'd Esme again "And I am glad to see you, Pretty much one of the only reason's i came" He said gently placing a kiss to her neck, his stomach and tastebuds going crazy with excitement until he pulled away and smiled at her, "Ignore my behaviour, Im not- well right now" he cooed like a dove.

She blushed, her neck burning where he had kissed it. Ordinarily she would have asked why he was being so smooth, so charming, so unlike his usual self, in a way, but now she was just happy he was talking to her. His arms around her waist made her even happier. His lips on her neck made her feel as though she would burst with happiness. "I've missed you so much," she said, speaking softly and lyrically as always. "I haven't had anyone to talk to all week, someone stole some of my books, and I got a detention because someone else pushed my cauldron over in Potions. I can't tell you how happy I am to be able to speak with you now." Again she hugged him tightly and timidly returned the neck-kiss he had given her.
