"Just a little!" she laughed silently. It seemed that even the noise of students walking across the wodden floor would set her off on a hissing fit. "Last year for you then," she continued, "Are you going to miss this place? I know I will when I leave it behind" She gazed out over the grounds where Hagrid was chopping would with an axe, Fang sitting obediently at his feet. It really was the most beautiful place on Earth.

He was silent for a moment "Last year of many" He said casually, and gave a small crooked smile before he followed her gaze "It's a nice place I admit, I shall only really miss the woods" He shrugged before turning his attention back to the two stack books of his "theres nice people here, few and far between I admit, but their there" he chuckled lightly running his long pale elegant fingers over the embroidary of, one book.

"What are you going to become?" she asked, she couldn't easily picture a job for Edward. Hagrid was now going back into his hut, Fang trotting along behind him. "How big is the forest?" she wondered aloud, "If you went all the way across it and out the other side, where would you come out?" You couldn't see the other side of the forest from the castle.

he chuckled silently "What would I become?" he shruged in deffiance, "Anything that wasn't what I am now" he flashed a lopsided smile, then glanced to the forest "Big, theres a clearing in the middle thats big, as it is, I can't say ive' been though the entire forest, I'll try that one time though, " he nodded and smiled briefly, before his gaze shifted to the book once more

"What are you now?" she enquired hoping she didn't seem intrusive into his life. "Maybe i'll ask Hagrid about the forest though? I can't remeber if there was anything in Hogwarts: A History about, I'll have to dig that out." she was talking more to herself thn to Edward.
The library was quite full now that everyone was back from Hogsmeade. She didn't think many people would still be out as it was growing darker by the minute. The sun was going down and it gave the forest a new type of darkness. Birds were roosting on the tree tops and smoke spiralled out of Hagrid's hut where she assumed he was sitting by the fire side.

he chuckled lightly "I am a diffrent everyday, now today, I am diffrent then I was yesturday" he smiled with an impish highlight, and a further chuckle, he shrugged lightly as his gaze still centered onto the book "The forest is a big, and obviously dangerous place" he looked up to her then his eyes still the same golden colour yet still piercing "I wouldn't advise you going in there alone.."

"I don't plan to!" she said looking into his eyes, they were the golden colour which cats have, she had never seen a person with those colour eyes before. He was certainly handsome and Faith, whoever she was, was a lucky girl. Still, there was too much mystery and too many secrets with Edward - she wouldn't want to go out with him- but then again she didn't know him that well.

He imidatly looked away to the Book "good, I personally think you shouldn't go in the forest at all, but then who am i to tell you or any other what to do?" he glanced to her, and chuckled lightly dimples appearing in his pale cheeks as he smiled he shook his head then, and continued to trace the patten on the book "It's a wonderful place I admit, bu dangerous very dangerous.." he said absently with a small shrug, he kept his gaze away from Sally all the while as he spoke

"True, i have no idea of half the creatures which lurk between the trees," she nodded, "I mean some are harmless enough, others you just need to know how to react around them, then there's the group of creatures that you've never seen before or even know what they are." Her mind wandered slightly as she thought of all the amazing creatures which Hagrid ad Professor Grubbly - Plank had told them about and the many creatures that were still to be discovered.

he nodded keeping his gaze down "yes, true, or there are others, so lost in them selfs that they will attack at the scent of blood, and running only makes it worst really" he shrugged lightly his face expressionless and his tone plain, "anyway" he said with a small smile standing and picking up his books "Perhaps I should go now..It was nice talking to you Sally" he tucked the books under his arm and turned to go, yet stopped and turned back to face her he had a hunch Sally wanted to talk, more or say more perhaps.

She was speechless. Edward knew a lot about these weird creatures. She wasn't stupid, she could put two and two together - Edward's secret was to do with the creatures in the forest, maybe be one him self. "Bye," she managed to say, "Nice talking to you, i'll see you around i suppose."

"Like wise" he smiled a crooked smile and inclinded his head briefly before turning swiftly and gracefullly on his heel, and over to the Libarian, he ignored, or rather didn't notice, looked he was being given, he handed over the books and once stamped he said a muttered thanks then moved to the Libary door in graceful notions, he was light on his toes, thus moving as he did.he glanced around briefly noddign again to Sally before he left.
