Hyun had decided that a trip to the library was needed to complete his essay for History of Magic. Walking down to the fourth floor from the Ravenclaw tower, he clutch his bag close to his side. He was shy and didn't like to just stop and talk to people he didn't know. Most of the time he preferred to keep to himself, unless he was on the pitch or at class. The sixth year Ravie did have a few close friends, and he thought that maybe others knew him. After all he's been here for six years so someone might have seen him around. Arriving at the fourth floor Hyun opened the huge library door and walked in. Looking around he found an empty table in the back near the fireplace, he walked to it and placed his bag on the chair closet to the fireplace. Then he began to walk around the rows of shelves looking for the book that the Professor had assigned. Learning about the wizards who started Quidditch was really interesting to him. Of course he jumped on writing an essay about how he thought Quidditch affected the wizarding world.

Finally he came upon the shelf where the book was located, since it was too high up he pulled out his ebony wand. "Wingardium Leviosa," the book floated down and he caught it. Smiling he walked back to his table and began to pull out parchment and a quill. Quietly he began to write, stopping every once in a while to look at the book for reference. Hyun was so absorbed into his book that he didn't notice others around him. Not even when someone took a seat at his table or when another accidently pushed a chair on the floor.

It was always in the library. Every full moon it was there! So why wasn't it there now? Alex growled in frustration as he flung another book off the shelf. He always hid it in the library because no one looked for it there. It would be safe. Running a hand through his dark hair Alex turned to see someone sitting down at one of the desks. Frowning Alex removed his hand from his hair and started at the boy's back. Luckily the other person seemed to be reading and obviously hadn't noticed Alex throwing books around. Rolling his eyes Alex silently argued with himself about where he had left his possession. Sighing Alex finally, in his defeat, slumped down on a chair next to the anonymous boy. Said boy looked somewhat familiar - he'd obviously been at Hogwarts for a while. Not that it mattered. Alex didn't care about people anymore. Why should he? People were annoying and selfish.

Alex bit his lip as his eyes moved over the spines of the books he hadn't checked. Maybe someone had taken it? But why would they? Never mind, no doubt he would find it later. It wasn't that important. Alex glanced quickly out of the window. It was the full moon, he should have left by now. But it didn't matter. He knew exactly how much time he had left, down to the last second - he would be safe. He was always safe...well. If it wasn't for the fact he was allergic to the wolfsbane plant (a key ingredient in the wolfsbane potion) he would have been a lot tamer. But where was the fun in that?

Hyun didn't notice the other boy sitting at his table until he looked up at his book. That was when he saw, out of the corner of his eye, an figure sitting nearby. Looking up he thought the boy looked familiar, defiantly in the same house as he was. Since the older boy didn't say anything he figured that he shouldn't speak either. After all he seemed to be on edge and Hyun didn't like to annoy people when they were already in an pissed off mood. Going back to his essay he continued to scribble down notes and write his essay. It was unsettling to sit next to someone who seemed to have so much tension. Hyun could just feel it in the air and it was making him feel uneasy. Finally he set his quill down and looked over at the boy, trying to figure out just what was wrong with the guy. Maybe he should speak out? If he did would the boy get angry or defensive? Hyun figured he might as well ask instead of sitting there trying to figure this guy out.

"Are you okay? You seem to be a little bit on edge." Smiling he hoped that he wouldn't get yelled at or anything like that. Hyun wasn't in the mood to start an argument, especially in the library where students are suppose to be quiet. It wouldn't do good to have a Professor or Madame Pince show up and take points away from Ravenclaw...if they even had any points at all to begin with.

Glinda was helping Madame Prince in the library every now and then. Just the simple take a book and let it hover it's self into it's proper order on the shelves. It was a little strange working at the library seeing how Glinda grew up with muggle grandparents and she was use to the Dewey Decimal system. But this was a tad bit faster. It also made it a lot easier for Glinda to find books for homework. One could say this was a huge favor in Glinda position. Even in the restriced section Glinda knew were most of the books were ... but she was only alowed in there if Madame Prince was with her.

When Glinda came around she noitced a two boys. Both from Ravenclaw. But the one boy sitting down was acting a little weird. Could he be..? Glinda thought to herself. "Excuse me?" Glinda asked standing beside the one boy. Until she noticed the one who was acting a little strange. " Um .. are you alright?" Glinda asked against putting her hand on the shoulder of the boy sitting. It was a little weird but Glinda wanted to help.

Christy walked into the library. Right now it was better than being around Kenji whom had gotten her so confused with pushing her away and then saying he loved her. She noticed the small group talking and in it Alex. "Take it we're having a ravenclaw party in here?" she asked curiously laughing a little and then noticed the look on Alex's face. "Alex you alright love?" she asked worried for him.

Alex growled almost silently as more people came and hung out around the two boys. "I'm fine," he said, his teeth grinding together. He wasn't, but he hated questions. Especially from people he didn't know. He jumped up, making sure to remove his shoulder from the girls hand before she felt the scar through his thin t-shirt. Not that he cared if she found out, lycanthropy, at that moment, wasn't his biggest problem. His eyes narrowed as Christy entered, he didn't not like her, he just hadn't spoken to her since his fight with Edward. The one where he had almost killed one of his friends. Something he had never talked about. He growled again, the sound low in his throat as he began to pace the library. Trying to remember where he had hidden it. It was nothing bad, just something worth an awful lot of money. Something he didn't want someone else picking up. Besides, he now had to think of a valid reason not to talk to the other people around him. Not that he didn't like talking, he just had better things to do.

"I know better than you're fine Alex." she said as she followed him away from the group and then it hit her, "Its the full moon. Did you not take the wolfsbane potion?" she asked keeping her voice low enough so the others wouldn't hear. "Alex, its alright if you don't want to talk I'll understand but I..I thought we were friends."

"Wolfsbane potion..?" Glinda thought to herself. Glinda dropped the few books that were in her arms. "Werewolf!" Glinda's eyes widened as she looked at the three Ravenclaw's. "You mean you'r a werewolf and you didn't take you tonic? Do you know what kind of risk your putting the school at not to mention the students and staff." Glinda spoke not meaning to sound like a bossy lady but it was true. With a quick sigh Glinda drew her wand. " There's a secret passage close by. If Madame Prince is busy we can sneak him out. It will lead down to the Main floor. From there we can get threw from behind the staircase. Another passge behind the stairs." Glinda didn't like doing this one bit. But she cared for her fellow students and for the safty of the school.

Glinda poitned at the book shelf. And with a flick of her wand the books sank in, almost like sinking sand had infested the book case. As a dark damp passage appeard. "Hurry."

Alex simply rolled his eyes and sat back on the table calmly. He didn't care, why should he? These people meant nothing to him. He blinked at the other girl he didn't know as though she was stupid, well, maybe not stupid - just very very slow. "I didn't take it because I'm allergic to it, I'd rather not scar this beautiful face with horrid red spots thank you very much," he said, his tone dull and filled with sarcasm. "If you're scared, the door is just over there," he nodded towards the door which was still ajar from when he had slammed it open, "Don't let it hit you on the bum on the way out," he added, pulling his legs up and crossing them under his frame. A twisted smile appeared on his thin lips as he saw the frightened exchanges between the girl he didn't know and the calmer ones from Christy. He wasn't scared of the other Ravenclaws, his own wand was easily accessible from his pocket.

Glinda gave him a dark glare. "I'm not scared idiot. I'm putting the safety of the school first ahead of my own needs. And to be frank there are other potions that can help smart one!" Glinda growled a little bit gripping her wand tightly. "Plus it's the only safe spot for you at this point .. do any of the staff know?" Glinda looked at him flicking her wand again as a book came flying. Glinda caught it gracefully. Non-verbal magic was in Glinda's classes next year but being working in the library she learned it earlier. " Have you even considered the fact that you could be kicked out of Hogwarts if you don't transform somewhere safely? It's bad enough your allergic to wolfbane!" Glinda hissed the last part about the wolfbane. But it didn't matter. " If you have atleast some time I can brew up something that can help. No wolfbane. But the taste is just horrid." Glinda said looking up at him reading from the book she summoned.

Alex rolled his eyes again, stood and snatched the book from her fingers. "News flash luv, if I cared, I wouldn't be here, would I? I would be in the forest, alone and waiting. But I'm not. I'm here, the middle room in the whole of the castle. How many people do you reckon I can bite before the teachers wake up? Besides you three. I bet you fifty galleons that I can get at least twenty." Biting his lip Alex finally pulled out his wand and set the book on fire, the flames looking around the pages. He smiled at her and put the book back on the shelf where it belonged, the fire tearing towards the books that were either side. "Oops," Alex said simply, turning his back on the other girl and sitting back on the table.

"Um excuse me." Christabelle said looking at the girl, "You're Glinda right?" she laughed inwardly, The name fits. she thought knowing that was the name from the good witch from the wizard of oz, "I don't know how long you've been here but I'm not worried about Alex." she said making a valid point, "There are more serious things to worry about than a werewolf who happens to be in our house and is allergic to wolfsbane. Its quite obvious that as he hasn't bitten or attacked anyone here that he isn't going to."

Glinda's grip around her wand as even tighter. That's it.. Glinda slapped the boy across the check not giving a care. Completely ignore the other girl. "Fine then, the sorting house must of made a wrong choice on you." She stormed off flicking her wand again. As the passage closed Glinda's heels clipped on the floor as she got farther from them. " Madame Prince," Glinda looked at the librarain. " Their's a boy a few rows done. A werewolf..." Glinda went on with the detail.

Glinda started to grow cold towards almost everybody. She had tried to help. But none of it really mattered. As Madame Prince alerted staff members Glinda sat to the side of the restricted area sobbing quietly. "No matter what I try or do it's never good enough..." She spoke softly whiping her tears. Glinda's scare on her left arm burned a little bit as the tears fell on it. "Stupid me.."

"Obviously it made the wrong choice. You should obviously be a hufflepuff." she spat at the girl. "No loyalty to anyone in your own house." she was angered beyond belief but being good at hiding it. She was confused as to why one would tattle on one of her own house members. It was extremely idiotic, not to mention pointless. "Besides you should know that all werewolves have an allergy to wolfsbane, his just happens to be worse than all the others you twit. Thats why it stops their change."

(Wow a lot of things happened while I was gone.)

Before the boy next to him could speak a girl came up towards them. All of a sudden Hyun became really shy and turned back to his essay. It was much easier for him to talk to guys then girls, mostly because he didn't know how to talk to them. So the only thing he could think of doing was not even get involved into the conversation. He had seen the girl before in the library, putting up books and helping Madame Prince. Although he never actually went up to her or asked her name. Perhaps people thought he was stuck up, but he didn't care what others thought. The girl then asked the boy next to him if he was alright, and then actually put her hand on his shoulder! Hyun would have started to stutter and blush if that happened to him. Then another girl came towards this now small group and asked if they were having a Ravenclaw party. Slowly he smiled and was about to reply when she asked the boy, who she called Alex, if he was alright. Now he was curious as to what was going on, was Alex sick or something? If only he paid more attention to his fellow housemates then always studying for classes.

Alex then stated he was fine, so Hyun knew there was no point in pressing the subject. He wasn't the nosy type and if someone didn't want to tell him something then he wasn't going to push it. So he turned back to his essay and began to write again, wasn't the library a place of quiet and studying? Now it seemed like all the Ravenclaw students were going to join him. When did he become popular all of a sudden? Alex started to walk away from the group and the blond hair girl followed him. Finally glad to at least be by himself he tried not to hear what was going on. That was until the girl who helped the librarian spoke up about wolfsbane. Quickly he looked up from his essay at Alex, this guy was a werewolf? He had no idea and was in awe that the other boy could control himself so well during the full moon. Then the librarian girl began to talk about a secret passage and trying to make Alex hurray up and leave. Hyun doubted that the boy was going to hurt anyone, after all if he was a werewolf he would know how long he got until he changed. From all the books he read there were phases that the werewolf went through before it transformed. Wolfsbane was a potion that werewolfs were allergic to, hence it stopping them from changing.

All of a sudden Alex got angry and started getting snappy with the girl, but she wouldn't let it go. Hyun shook his head and wondered why she wasn't smart enough to just let him have his way. If he was a problem then the Professors and Headmistress would have already addressed it. Watching the argument Hyun knew that he wouldn't be able to get back to his essay after this. Sighing he was glad that he got some of it done, maybe later tonight he could finish it in his dorm room. Then Alex really lost his temper and began to talk about biting others. Hyun didn't want to be a werewolf, he stuffed his books into his bag and quickly got up from the chair, his hand in his wand pocket. Then Alex set the book on fire, which made Hyun angry. There was no point in doing that and now he just ruined Hogwarts property, it could have been something rare and hard to replace. Alex came back to the table and sat down, he didn't know what he should do next so he just stood there watching the girls. Then the blond began to talk to the Glinda and told her there were more things to worry about then a werewolf. Hyun agreed but he still didn't sit down just yet, since Alex did say he was going to bite everyone. Then Glinda slapped Alex which made him winch and take a step back from the girl. Then she walked away and called out to Madame Prince and pointed out Alex while saying the word werewolf.

If there was one thing Hyun didn't like it was snitches, Alex didn't do anything to hurt anyone and Glinda had no right do turn in him like that. The blond then told the other girl she should have been in Hufflepuff, "I was thinking Slytherin since Puffs are loyal to each other and wouldn't snitch on someone." It was the first thing he said in a while, sitting back down he wasn't sure if he should talk to Alex in case the guy was still angry. So he turned towards the blond, "My name is Hyun-Ki, but you can call me Hyun." Smiling he placed his bag back on the table and looked around for the librarian. "So are you going to get in trouble Alex?"

The veela turned and smiled at the boy, "I'm Christabelle." she replied, "I say Hufflepuff because they are innocents and would tattle on someone in a heartbeat. My for all intensive purposes 'brother'." she said using her fingers for quotations, "Is a slytherin and generally even they show loyalty within their own house members. I've known them to openly tattle about someone from a different house but not their own." She turned and looked at Alex, "I'll take care of the tattler and the libriarian if you wish to leave. I can always make it like the girl was crazed if you like." As she said this a small smile was placed on her lips. She had some pent up aggression and making the girl seemed like she was hearing things wouldn't be too hard as she was used to getting out of trouble using whatever means nesscary. "I'm sorry we ruined you writing that essay Hyun. I'll help you work on it back in the common room if you'd like."
