Peaceful readings (Faith & Edward)

Faith had found out today that she had made it as Quidditch captain, something that she was intensely proud of as she sat there cross legged and a book in her hand as reading had always been one of Faith's past times since there was nothing else to do around the school, she did do photography sometimes but now she preferred to read seeing as she didn't really want to do photography on the same area over and over again and she tried to take pictures of Edward but he didn't like it so she gave up. Sometimes she would sketch or sing muggle songs that she had heard playing on the radio in France. She had a soft voice it wasn't bad and it could carry as she began to sing a song and flick through her book at the same time as she shut her eyes and then let out another sigh, so much had gone on and she just wanted to forget about everything and have Edward hold her but she didn't now where he was and thought it best not to bug him since he thought she was being childish over the issue with Rose, folding her arms over her chest she opened her eyes again as they twinkled in the light — making them glisten like tiny jewels embedded in her pupils. Lessons had gone on as if there was no tomorrow and they had to fit everything in, it never seemed to end and watching the clock with her curious eyes never helped as it only made thing seem to go on even longer as she shifted and squinted slightly due to the sun changing slowly so it hit her straight in the eye.

The wind blowed slowly, it was a slow and peaceful breeze as only the cooing of the owls flying above her could be heard above the small rustle of leaves that were near the Green houses. It was soon to be the end of school but with spring approaching it would have got darker for another few hours so she still had some reading time yet before she should either find Edward or go inside to make sure people knew she hadn't been eaten. Quidditch season should be time for her to improve her team and make them the best that they could be. They had some strong players, being a seeker she had to be small and speedy which of course she was along with Gary who was a beater and Alex who was a Chaser, they were both talented young men whom she thought had high potential. Faith had been doing alot of practice in her own spare time and last time Edward had come to see her it hadn't turned out so well with a trip to the hospital wing. She had such fond memories of Edward and herself, 3 years nearly and now they were stronger than ever, no one knew Faith better than Edward did, he was her soul mate, her life and existence.

It was early evening, the sun was slowly dropping in the sky, Pink, purple, orange, and red highlighted the sky, in a picturesque scene, in the distance a few birds flew. It being early evening, lessons had of course finished for the day, students pilled to the hall for dinner, or to there common room to generally relax, the weekend was not too far away. With nothing to do, Edward decided on one thing, the only thing that took piority, was to see Faith, and congratulate her. Edward had of course heard that Faith had been recently appointed Quidditch captian, It had been the talk of Hogwarts, having said that. He soon came out into the vastly colourful grounds of Hogwarts it was peaceful, and quite. Edward had thought about joing the Slythrine Quidditch team too, as they were still in need of players. The only thing was If Edward did indeed join. It would give Slythrine the upper hand, only becasue one: He had extreamly good eyesight, Two: exceptionally good hearing, Three: He had his Vamire speed behind him and Finally fourth: Edward could read thoughts, yet having said this Edward often wasn't one to cheat on the odd ocassion did he do so, but with his family when they played Baseball, now coming to think of it, If a said bludger hit him, it would all but crumple. None the less it was a consideration, The other- less addmitted part was the fact Edward had never really ridden a broom before, only once, but briefly.

Once in the ground fully the soft evening breeze blew gently over the lush spring coloured grass and the suddenly midnight blue looking lake, it was in it's self magical. Edward could only assume where Faith was, it was after all her favourite place he had come to know. The faint caws of birds in the forest drifted along the breeze, scents of animals big and small followed. Yet thankfully Edward had already hunted. As he walked he drew closer to the lake, Idly he scanned the near by trees, and so there she was. Faith. Sitting with a book in her la, and looking rather absent, He smiled softly as he made his way over. "Hello." He said softly coming up towards her, He brushed a feather light kiss to her cheek, there relationship lasting atleast a good 3 years had in the recent months esculated. Dangerous still as it was, it had moved along in more ways then one. Faith now wore a ring for starters. Where it was to go after that, he didn't know nor did he care, he valued everymoment with Faith as it was. They had rarely argued, true he had gotten annoyed at certain situations at times but it was nothing major. They like all couples had had their us and downs. Yet Edward knew on an entierly diffrent, stronger level, their relationshi went beyond most others.

"Edward," She whispered softly as she stood up and placed back down on the rock as she kissed his cheek slowly and held him close to her as she wrapped her arms around his shoulders, kissing on the lips this time — since she had not seen him since Lunch where she hadn't eaten much as she wanted to spend as much time with Edward as possible as she then grinned kissing him again, as she let her hand trace down his chest, "I missed you." She spoke solemnly as she then grinned and held his hand tightly with her own.

"Congratulations by the way, I heard you were Quidditch captain of Revenclaw" He said with a smile. He returned her kiss to her cheek with a further crooked smile. He stood still as Faith then held him close, He chuckled lightly in turn wrapping his arms around her waist, before he was greeted by another kiss, this time to his lips, and of course Edward returned the kiss without comment. Given her behaviour he frowned lightly "Is something bothering you? You seem..dazed." He added as an after thought, he reached up and brushed her hair behind her ear "Is eveything alright?" he asked just to be sure. A moment later he felt the heated trail of her hand as it slid down his chest causing him to shiver pleasently. Further doubts where pushed aside as he comlied to her kisses once more, he sighed in defeat as he returned the kiss, and held her close. "I missed you two, hm- did you know, I thought about joining the Slythrine Quidditch team..what do you think?" he asked coversationally to change the topic.

"Thank you, I found out just after Lunch when we said goodbye, but Im fine and that sounds marvelous — but you do remember you have been on a broom what once? What if something happened to you, I wouldn't be allowed to live with myself knowing you hurt yourself because I let you join! Being on the Slytherin team, well you know how they like to play dirty and I've had some near scrapes, they weren't nice and it was all because of Malfoy." She muttered but playing Quidditch was something Faith highly enjoy and was very good at as people could tell from her being the new Captain - which made her very proud, she was also pleased about Edward wanting to play for the Slytherin's but she couldn't help but worry over him - she loved him too much.

He smiled softly "Faith, don't worry abotu me, I'm not that breakable, I've even shown you that." He pointed out then nodded "True, but I can learn, I'm a very fast learner, and don't worry about me, I have shar reflexes, if the worst does come to the worst I will resort in Vampire abilities, but it will be fine, They won't pick on their own team member, beside by my joing, they know they cannot be cruel to you or your team, nor play dirty, so don't worry" he assured her with a smile, touched that she cared so much, He brushed a kiss to her forehead "You worry far to much, that it's unhealthy."

"I love you thats why, I guess my love for you is unhealthy," She smirked as she pressed her lips to his once more before nodding and pushing some of her fringe out of her eyes before running her hand over his cheek lightly, "Well, they may not like it but I could teach you if you wanted seeing as I am a Captain now, I think I could show you the ropes. What position are you going to play as?" She asked slowly, her lips curving into a smile, it would be strange not to have Edward in the crowd anymore but to have him playing against her, it would make it much more challenging for her team and herself.

"Yes, that too" He mused and returned the kissa as always. He brushed her hair back from her face once again, "Hm, erhaps use one of thoughs bands most girls use, to keep it out of your face, I do hate is obscuring that pretty face of yours" He smiled, dancing a kiss to her lips once again. His eyes brows rose lightly "Teach your oponate?" he chuckled "Oh the Irony" He mused with a crooked smile "That would be wonderful yes." He thougth for a moment "Well I think they have Seeker still open, with my abilities, Seeker would be perfect, but I don't want to use my talents as such, as it won't quite be fair on you" He teased "We shall see, first I need to know the basics" he chuckled softly in a low husky tone.

"Accio Firebolts," Faith said with a whip of her wand they came rushing to their sides, grabbing hers she smiled as it soon hovered by her side, "Right, first of all, sit yourself on it," Faith did so as she demonstrated before smiling to Edward and gripping the broom tightly, soon she pushed off the ground and shot up, hovering above the lake as she looked over and waved, signaling for him to come and join her.

Stepping back Edward watched as two firebolts shot to their sides. With a raised eyebrow Edward watched Faith demonstrate trying not to let temptaion of a whole other kind control his mind. He knew as much as to mount one, He knew most of it, other then tricks of such, it he was hardly afriad. For the fact he was near enough unbreakable, It was perhaps Faith whom, was breakable. With the demonstration done, Edward mounted his broom, then pushed off from the floor gracefully, of couse he had accidently added Vampire speed, so He shot of upwards and ended up barely out of sight, with a small curse, Edward ulled u and brought the broom to a stop, turning it around, he would enjoy the speed whilst he could, technically to play quidditch he wouldn't even need a broom. Within moment he had pulled up along side Faith, as he shifted on the broom a fraction "You know these are extreamly uncomfortable." He complained.

Gasping as she saw Edward rush out of sight but then come back she frowned, "Control - you have control, I know they are uncomfortable but you will have to deal with that how ever you want." She laughed as she then let her eyes skim down his muscular body that always made a tingle rush through her spine. "Steering is easy, lean further forward and slightly low you will speed up but if you do it too far you could fall - so please don't do that," She added with a warning in her tone, she couldn't watch Edward fall even if he was invincible.

Edward laughed softly his tone gentle and light. "I Shall remember that." He nodded straightning his posture, "Very uncomfortable actually surely it cannott be good for your actual posture in general?" He said lightly yet, looked to Faith and nodded once again "I won't, please, you worry far to much." He sighed yet still he was touched by her caring tone, Of course he noticed her obvious apprasial on his looks yet he didn't comment, much as he would of liked to, thinking of this only made him distracted, his eyes, a golden topaz skimmed her body. With her mouthing the broom included.

Smirking as she then looked to her shirt which had popped open one button to reveal her large cleavage she looked over to the side of the lake where she had left her jumper, along with her tie as she never lied to fly with her tie on — it felt too uncomfortable. With her skirt riding up slightly to show a bit of her leg, she hadn't noticed as she then bit down on her pale lips, wondering what to say next to teach Edward, it was pretty self-explanatory.

Edward waited for a moment, it was only then, the sudden sight shifted, he didn't knwo where to look, Yet he could maintain the business tone, He rasied his eyebrows to Faith, the corners of his lis lifted into a crooked smile yet he spoke as per usual "You know, that is very distracting for a teacher to do that to thier pupil" He mused glancing to her chest, then sliding his heated gave to her slightly exposed thigh, He smiled further, his head tilted to the side as he enjoyed said display.

She asked with a satisfied smirk on her lips as her eyes twinkled before she then looked to him, "Do you wish for me to continue?" She asked her tone slightly amused by the affection in Edward's eyes.

Edward smiled softly "Very much so, if you must know, very appealing" He mused with a nod, followed by a soft chuckle. He then looked to her face yet his eyes slipped to her cleveage to which he admired further. With a coy, Impish smile, Edward flew close his broom parallel with Faith's own "Define excatly what you mean by, do I wish for you to continue" He smiled a mischious glint shimmered in his golden eyes, before he poped open a few more buttons. "Hmm, I should think so." He mused cocking his head to the side to admire the view.

"Maybe we should consume teaching when we are not over water but in the Quidditch pitch?" She smirked and pushed him lightly on the broom, before slowly gliding over to the edge of the lake.

Edward chuckled breifly "Ah, But a man connot learn unless he observes" he mused hardly moving under Faith's delicate push. He smiled imishly still and looked to her revealed bra. "I Like that look, you should have it like that more often" he complimented with a small breathy chuckle before on the broom, he followed Faith stopping beside her "hmm, would you like to see true speed? perhaps we may even travel faster then light" He added, then gestured for her to join him on his broom.
