Natasha was sitting on the steps that led in to the entrance hall. There were so many people but they a;; seemed to stick to themselves. After only arriving at Hogwarts a few weeks ago. Natasha's only remark on the school was that it was centered around certain people. For example everyone knew about Edward and Faith. and Everyone knew Alex. Even though she had never met any of these people she still knew them. Sitting on the steps Natasha wondered if there were others like her. Not really knowing anyone but still wishing they did. After all Hogwarts is a school. Shouldn't you know the people your in class with?

Jim walked into Hogwarts. Althogh he didn't work here or wasn't allowed, he actually found it easy to enter. "Being a metamorphus has adventages" he thought.

Natasha looked up when the doors opened. She didn't know the person but that didn't surprise her that much. She sat down on the steps and Pulled a book out of her bag. If there was anything in this world she enjoyed it was reading. Mainly because no matter where she went she could always except in to a book.

Jim sat down. "That a good book?" he asked amicably. Jim was bored and he didn't feel like doing his job- killing people.

Morgan wandered around as he often did aimlessly. He had his messenger bag slung around his body, it was crumpling his black t-shirt; almost completely hiding the Japanese Kanji that read "Kuso," the simple expletive summed up how things were right now. His carefree gait revealed his resiliant spirit and he was padding along the walk leading up to Hogwarts; in his Black converse sneakers slapped the pavement rhythmically to the beat of the song in his head. He really hated that things like MP3 players didn't work here, he loved music and almost always had some song stuck in his head.

He followed another figure into the castle and had to pull up abruptly as he stopped short of the entrance stariwell. Morgan peered around his inert form to see what was the hold up. A girl was sitting on the steps reading a book. He grinned as he heard the question, and recognised Jim, whom he had met once. "Hey Jim," he greeted politely before turning his attention to the girl.

He offered a soft smile, "Hello, I'm Morgan," he introduced himself.

Natasha looked up from her book. "Oh yeah i is a very good book." Natasha said marking her place with her finger and closing the book. It was called 'TH1RTEEN R3ASONS WHY' Natasha turned her attention to the other person who had just arrived. She smiled at him. "Hello I'm Natasha."She said i a tiny New York ascent. "What's your name?"SHe asked Jim.

"Ah, a muggle book." Jim said. "I've read it, though I can't remember the 13 reasons she kills herself." he said.

Natasha looks at him with amazement. "Very good. It's acutely 13 people. though"She says with a smile. "THough I do say it is a very good book if you in to that sort of thing."She said she looked up at Morgan"What about you Morgan. Do you like to read?"She asked him.

Morgan looked at Natasha seriously, "No, I do not like to read," he held her gaze for a moment, and then a huge grin split his features to reveal he was only just playing. "Actually I love to read," he gestured to his bag, "I am never without a book or two. I can't say if I've read that one; though, I'm sure I'd remember it if I did. I devour anything in the written language."

He pondered for a minute and them posed a question, "I prefer anything that is written well, and any genre. Do either of you have a preference? I'm currently fascinated with mysteries, and the Charms text." He laughed at the odd combination, but he really was trying to learn some of the Charms on his own, and the Transfiguration book had proven to be easy enough to master. As for mysteries, there was a certain satisfaction in figureing out the who, what, where, and why of the story if you could before the end of the book.

Jim chuckled. "I like mysterys too." he said, using magic to get a firewhiskey. He found mysterys amusing becuase it was fun to see a murder spree from a good guy's point of view. "Books where the villains are the proaginists are nice to read too." Although he found the villains generally stereotypes.

Natasha heared that morgan didnt like to read and her first thought was ' I'm going to change that' She thought. Then she heard him say he liked to read and she smiled. "Well thats good."She said"I'm the same way I always have a book." Natasha said. When he asked her what type of book dose she like to read she had to think about it. After about a minuet she looked at them and smiled. "I like all kinds of books. as long as i can read it i will."She said with a smile

He looked over at Jim as he conjured a drink, it wafted a strong odor, and his nose wrinkled subtly. He had a hunch they liked mysteries for different reasons, but it was nice they were all well read individuals.

Morgan grinned at a kindred spirit he saw in Natasha. He found himself reading anything and everything, even the posters adn parchments in the teacher's classrooms. He had the transfiguration poster on MacGonagall's wall memorized and could probably quote the twelve uses of dragon's blood by heart if he thought about it long enough; as there was a poster in two of the classrooms, different presentations of the same list.

He stepped closer and took the spot on the other side of the stair where she was sitting and plopped his bag beside him. "So what classes are you taking, Natasha?" he asked politely.

"Natasha tried to ignore Jim drinking next to her. She really didn't like to drink all that much and only did for special occasions. The smell of this drink was rather strong. It made her nose wrinkle. Natasha was staring at the wall. She did this a lot when there was time to think. She really didn't like these times so she started to keep herself busy. She was looking through her bag when Morgan sat down next to her. She looked up at him and smiled. Then she heard him ask what classes she had and puled out she schedule. She looked at in started to list things. "I have transfiguration, potions, hurbology [sp?], And charms."Natasha said looking at Morgan. "What all do you have?"She asked

ALice Cullen walked in to the school. She had just finished hunting so her eyes were liquid gold. She looked around the room the castle looked the was the way it always looked. She spotted a tiny group of people on the stairs. She walked over to then and smiled. "Hello.My name is Alice cullen."She said. She was the only cullen left still in school. "May I join you?" She asked the Girl sitting on the stairs.

Glinda just finished her Herbology class. Now going into the Great Hall when she saw four people sitting at the front of the door. Might as well, Dylan and Gabby are off snogging each other. Glinda smiled as she tossed her gentle curls. Giving a small cough she smiled at the four. " Hello. I'm Glinda." She smile extending her hand out for a hand shake.

In fact, Glinda was happy to be making new friends. She got tired of her two friends. Even thought they were her best friends. Sometimes you just need to add new friends into your life right?

Glinda looked at the boy. His name was Morgan, well atleast she thought it was. He's cute. She thought to herself. Glinda's cheeks turned bright pink blushing abit. Glinda's last relationship was 4 years ago, but that was a relationship worth nothing. not to mention Glinda didn't really feel like dating. Even though it would feel nice too.

Natasha looked up from Morgan to see the girl who had just asked if she could join them. Natasha let out a gasp. She was very pretty. "Uhm yeah of course you can"Natasha said moving over so she could sit next to her. "Hello Im Natasha." SHe said as another girl walked over. Natasha looked up at her and smiled. "Hello Glinda I'm Natasha."She said with a smile and shaking her hand. Natasha saw her look at Morgan and blush. 'She likes him' Natasha thought. She was a bit maddened by this which caught her off guard. After all they had just met.

Jim watched the kids interact. He rembered his own days at Hogwarts and gave a sad smile and finished his beer. "How are you?' he asked being polite to Glinda and Alice.

Glinda smiled pulling a nail filer from her pocket. As she started filing her nails she looked at the two new incomers. One was named Natasha; she seems nice. And the other was some guy she didn't really know or cared about. " Hello Natasha," Glinda smiled shaking her hand. " Your in Defense Against the Dark Arts with me right?" She asked filing her nails abit sorta of ignoreing the new guy that just showed up.
