Weasel stood alone in the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom, he had nothing to do but practise jinxes, he had very few friends at hogwarts so all he could do in lessons was pay attention, how boring, he had charmed some dummies to dodge and use basic shield charms so that he could practise his jinxes today. Oh how he wished he could make friends as he disarmed his 20th dummy that session...

Sally walked into the classroom to go and sit/stand in her normal place to wait for Blaze but someone else was standing there. "Do you mind if i sit here?" she asked the boy waching him disarm a dummy, "You're pretty good." she said

"Thanks, I love Defence Against the Dark Arts" he replied
Weasel was normally a very shy person, as he did not have many friends, but when Sally started talking to him, a smile came up on his sweaty face as he cooly disarmed a dummy.
"Would you care to join me in destroying some dummies?" he said in his most confident voice

At this time Blaze burst into the room. Spotting sally he ran over. She was standing with some ginger boy who was blasting several dummies with complex hexs and jinxs. "Hey" He said to sally looking at Weasel "Who's this then?"

Being of a polite nature, weasel introduced himself and offered Tom his hand to shake, sally and tom started talking and weasel couldn't hear what they were saying under the bangs of his jinxes and hexes

"So you in Gryffindor?" she asked. "Any good at quidditch? If you are we need a keeper if that's your area" she said smiling at Blaze. "He's one of the chasers and i'm seeker" she filled Weasel in.

"A keeper would be good" blaze admitted "or maybe be a chaser, i could do with a hand." As weasel blasted another dummy Blaze couldn't help but ask. "What Jinxs are you using?" He asked Weasel. "Don't mean to be nosy but i need a good jinx to use on some slytherins."

"Please don't encourage him!" Sally urged. 'He really needs some new ones' she thought instead. Jinxing Slytherins really wasn't what they should be doing but if you got a particularly annoying one they needed to be told. Especially by a Gryffindor!

Rose entered the classroom silently having been sent down from the Charms classroom to collect some spare parchment and some extra cushions for revising simple spells like Summoning and Banishing. She slipped in through the door with her usual careless grace and immediately spotted Blaze and Sally talking to a boy she didn't know. The teacher is out, and I don't have to go back to Charms straight away, she thought to herself, making her way over to them, darting in between students and dummies, and delicately dodging several spells and jinxes.

"Hello, you two," she said happily, tapping both Sally and Blaze on the shoulder and grinning at them. "Blimey, every time I see you, you're talking about Quidditch! Don't you have anything else to do?"

"those? oh its just basic ones, im just making them look cool" replied weasel laughing
"ooh i love Quidditch, sorry im not a chaser or keeper, i prefer beating"
Tom and Sally could tell by his tall and muscley body that he would be a very good beater, but were disappointed that they he was not a keeper or chaser.

"Quiddich is such an amazing topic to talk about" Blaze pointed out. "we were only asking if he wanted to join the team. We could do with a keeper." As he said this he shot a jelly legs jinx at a nearby dummy but was dissapointed when weasels hex hit the dummy first making it fly out of the way of Blazes jinx. "what are you doing down here anyway?" he asked rose

"Oh, just got to get some things for our Charms class. I hate revision. Mind you, I hate getting bad grades more, though, so I guess I should just shut up and get on with it." She smiled again, proud of her ability to get away with wearing lipstick during lessons. 'I can't help it if the teachers love me enough to let me off every time,' she always told people who moaned about it.

"I never worry about bad grades, i get O for DADA and thats all that matters to me" boasted weasel
He was exhausted by this time, and decided to destroy the dummies in style, setting them alight with purple, orange and light blue flames

"Im good at charms" said Blaze proving his point by using a banishing charm on a dummy weasel was about to hex. "But for some reason i can't do transfiguration."
He blasted a dummy aside with Incendio making it burst into orange flames. He banished it into a corner where a large amount of burned dummys were crumpled on the floor after weasels demolition streak.

"Charms is brilliant!" she exclaimed, agreeing with Blaze. "I'm fairly good at all my subjects, though. Well, that is to say, I'm predicted Os in all of them." She blushed modestly, not usually one to boast about personal achievements. "Transfiguration is difficult, though, I'll agree there. You really have to have faith in what you're going to do to the object, and have a clear image of it in your mind. DADA is less hard, seeing as jinxes are pretty easy to perform. It's when you get onto the serious spells - not just fun little hexes - that it gets more interesting and challenging. Anyway, enough talk of school, I think..."

"Transfiguration is the best of all!" Sally quickly put in before the end of the subject. She proved her ability by transfiguring a dummy into a cushion. "I'm just bad at herbology, i can't get into my head all the properties and latin names." she shook her head in dismay.

"I agree with Rose" said Weasel "We should talk about something else now, hey guys, look at my awesome trick"
Wease changed his hair colour from ginger, to blonde, to black, to brown, to a alarming shade of blue and back to ginger again, each time with just a look of deep concentration on his face

"So you're a metamorphmagus," said Sally impressed, "I wish i had a special ability" she moaned, "I'll just have to stick with my good old ordinary skills, like transfiguration!"

Edward came down the long corridor silently ignoring or rather obvious to the various looks he was given he had a follded note, in which he asked permission for, pathetic really, it was a note to say he wouldn't be attending the upcoming lessons due to "camping" expidtions, when infact he was due to hunt. and he knew the next lesson would involve possible injuried, he came to the door pausing for a second as he heard a voice, more then one voice, he pushed the door open and swept in elegantly as he often drifted about his pale complextion was contrast to the blue long sleeved shirt he wore, he was one of the few who got off not having to wear uniform, he wasn't in much to really need a uniform, as he entered his golden topaz eyes skimmed the few students all realtivly young, he reconginsed two people. Rose and Sally he had met Sally recently and had Know Rose for a while he he to go past them to the desk, slipping silently along the outside of the class room he headed for the small steps leadign up to the office

As this intruder of their conversation walked through the room, Weasel identified him as a Slytherin, he did not like most of the Slytherins as the frequently attacked him in the grounds for having a muggle girlfriend. Yet after glaring at the Slytherin for a while Weasel realised that he had not been attacked by this one, and he noticed that the Slytherin recognised Sally and Rose. He thought to himself "maybe they aren't all that bad" and smiled at him
