Harry runs into the classroom. He had been in the room of requirments when the bell rang. Harry looked at the clock. Harry had got there just in time for class to start. Harry quickly took a seat.

Nicholas smiled kindly at Harry's hurried entrance, leaning on his desk at the front of the classroom. "Well, well, well, at least one of my students is punctual," he teased, gesturing to the otherwise empty classroom. "Do you know if the rest of my pupils have made, ah, other arrangements for this time?" He smirked at his little joke, enjoying the authority teaching gave him. And the Summoning Charm was a simple one to start the year with, despite warnings from other members of staff on the dangers of keeping Gryffindors and Slytherins in close proximity.

Lily was one for being late; she was carefree and would have shown that by the way she walked in the room and took up a seat nearby the back where she watched the teacher carefully, her eyes lingering up and down his body as she raised one of her eyebrows and pushed her book onto her desk and flicked to the write page. Holding her quil in her hand as if it was a cigerette, smirking to herself as she stared to the teacher with her peircing dark eyes, just like her mothers.

"Ummmm not that I know of. My friend Ron needed to go to the library and get my friend Hermione."said Harry. Harry was nervous for lying for Ron. But Ron was probaly still asleep and Professor Snape had made Harry come to class.

Nicholas recognised Harry's lie and took no notice of it. "Ah, another decides to join us!" he cried sarcastically, clapping his hands together and pacing down the aisle towards the desk the girl had sat at. "A lovely young mademoiselle, with no regard or respect for the subjects she is being so carefully taught! What a perfect young lady! What a delightful girl! Such a role-model to the rest of the students here." The atmosphere in Hogwarts and the attitudes the students held were beginning to irritate Nicholas' delicately balanced mind. Such high expectations as he had had on arrival had been smashed almost instantly by the amount of rule-breaking and rebellion the school held. Of course, he had, as a student at Beauxbatons, not been a perfect pupil, but had held respect for most of the school rules. Here, the students pushed the rules as far as they could, and when a professor was lenient on one issue and stricter on another, they decided to hold a great dislike for him due to his lack of respect for them! Such hypocrisy was indescribable!

Harry looked at Professor Flitwick and kinda got worried at this. "Professor are you ok?"Harry asked. Harry had never seen a Professor act like this before. But then again Harry had been taught by a death eater pretending to be Moody.

Dolly watched Eli sit infront of her, every now and again pushing her foot under her desk to push up against his back, smirking as she twirled some of her hair as she looked to the teacher whom she had encounted a few times before, many on her late nights by the lake when she had a cigerette. Her glance sometimes fading to Harry; then flicking back to the teacher and what was written on the board.

Hermione barged into the classroom,panting. "Sorry, professor. I'm late. But i can promise you it won't happen again." Hermione felt the color of her face drain as her professor eyed her. She hurried into her seat beside Harry. She turned to Harry and then muttered, "Where are the others? And Ron? Oh come on, he's still sleeping, isn't he?"

"Must probaly so."said Harry. "Ron is nown for oversleeping."Harry admitted. Harry kept his voice low so that Professor couldn't hear him.

Dolly couldn't help but giggle as she looked to the note and her foot slipped down as she lookedback up to Eli, noticing the Professor frantically writing down so she grabbed her quill and wrote underneith it, 'Meet me at the courtyard, after the double? Dolly x' She smirked and slipped it over his shoulder and trailed her fingers over his shoulder gently and leaning back on her chair as she wrote down what was written on the board, ignoring the Mudblood that had entered late into the last room.

Hermione caught a glimpse of some sort of paper floating to the other side of the room. She ignored it and then turned to Harry, "Any news about Dumbledore's lessons?"

Dolly couldn't help but grin at Eli's choice of words and looked around to check that it was safe to do something other than work, after all she would proberally get a clever first year to do her homework at the end of the day whilst she slipped out the courtyard or lake to have a smoke. She licked her lips as she wrote a reply, 'Your rather a good artist aswell, But I do like to think I have bigger boobs than that yunno. lots of love, dearest dolly. x' She smirked as she glanced over to Hermione whilst curling the paper in her hand, gritting her teeth. There was no one else she would find so repulsive, then flicked the paper over Eli's head with a smirk as she finished her writting in her book with neat, cursive writting that would normally be praised by the teachers.

Helen rushed into the classroom and saw that she was late.

"Sorry professor, I got kind of lost" she said
